Installation
Before you begin installing your conversion kit, follow these steps:
- Move the front seats forward all the way and tilt the backrests slightly forward of the upright position.
- For Skoda modules, adjust the backrests as far forward as possible and raise the seat to its highest setting.
- Move the central armrest forward and down.
- Slightly raise the front seat headrests.
- Fold the rear seats down so the backrests lie flat on the seat bases. Adjust headrests if needed for a flat position.
- For rear seats that fold into the floor, simply fold them flat.
- For Skoda, slide the rear seats back.
- In standard-length vehicles, place the module in the boot as close as possible to the entrance, ensuring the boot closes without obstruction.
- In longer vehicles (e.g., Rifer XL, Berlingo XL, Combo Life XL, Caddy Maxi Life), leave about 20 cm between the module and the boot entrance.
- For seating mode, unfold the module and rest the leg on the front headrest struts. Insert the table leg into the module base.
- For bed mode, rest the leg on the rear footwell floor. Adjust the module position and leg placement as needed for a flat surface.
